| The
Hotel CANTARANA is situated on the estuary side of the peninsula, only
five minutes away from the long, sandy beach of Playa Grande. This is a
charming small 10-room hotel surrounded by a terrace that looks out onto
a tropical garden. There are also bungalows (4 to 6 persons) for rent.
The
hotel´s 10 poolside rooms all have private bathrooms, king-size beds,
air-conditioning and ceiling fans. A safe is also available for guests'
valuables.
The Restaurant Cantarana, which looks out onto the estuary, is known for
the quality of its cuisine, which is possibly the best on the northern
Pacific coast.
