 Entrance and terrace Description A perfect get-a-way but still within walking distance from downtown San Jose. Truly relax and enjoy clean air and a tranquil environment upon your arrival to Costa Rica. This guesthouse is comprised of three nicely decorated private rooms (one single and two double) with private bathrooms with hot water in the showers & sinks & one fully furnished apartment which sleeps four people (two bathrooms, one double bed and two singles in the loft area). The rooms and apartment have cable TV, fans, direct dial phones and high quality beds. Guests have full kitchen privileges and can enjoy a small terrace and BBQ area with hammocks and a garden full of tropical plants. In addition to accommodations Kap's Place offers personalized services
such as airport pick up, tour and local airline reservations, certified
translations, bus ticket purchase, general assistance and referals to
doctors and lawyers. Karla, a live-in trilingual (English, Spanish &
French) hostess is at your service 24 hours a day and personalizes her
services to meet your needs. Policies Payment Options: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Traveler's Check, Cashiers/Registered Check, Personal/Business Check, Money Order Check in 12 noon, check out 11 a.m. Rates do not include 16% sales & tourism tax required by Costa Rican law. Confirm your reservation 2 days prior to the proposed dates of your visit. Visitors of guests are allowed on the property if accompanied by guest & not after 9 p.m. Guests cannot have sleep over visitors. Incoming calls are allowed from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Cancellations and Refunds Cancel your reservation by fax, phone or e-mail. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits Deposit 50% of the total amount of your proposed stay via Western Union or Moneygram and e-mail transfer confirmation#, address from where it was sent & name of sender. We also accept checks in US$ drawn from a US$ account. The check must be received one month prior to your visit for clearance. Deposits are non-refundable.
