Even though small, charming and secluded, this inn on Turtle Beach offers all of the important amenities, such as a gift shop, 
full laundry service, DVD library, in house masseuse, an open air restaurant with beautiful vistas and, of course, personal service. (Completion of our new building in December 2003 will bring on site internet access to our guests).

Strategically located on the lush, tropical southern Pacific Coast of Costa Rica, near the small village of Ojochal, in an area known 
as the Gateway to the Osa Peninsula, the Hotel Posada Playa Tortuga sits only 35 km south of the famous surfing beach, Playa Dominical, 15 km south of the whale tail beach of Uvita and is only 8 km south of Marina Ballena National Park.

There is a variety of tours and activities available in the area, kayaking, horseback riding, fishing, hiking, swimming, ultra-light flights, canopy tours, photo tours, diving and snorkeling. The hotel offers peace and tranquility with a small TV room , quiet area to "just relax" and listen to the ocean, a swimming pool and a jacuzzi.
A DVD Library is available for your use.

Rates include the famous complimentary "Gringo Mike" Breakfast Buffet.
Every morning Mike puts out a selection of Fresh Tropical Fruits, Homebaked Breads and Pastries, hot from the oven.
He serves Eggs, Gallo Pinto, Freshly Prepared Fruit Juices, Coffee/Tea and more.

Prices DO NOT include Tax (16%).

 


The new building will be completed and ready for use by Dec.15, 2003.
