Chachagua Rain Forest Hotel is nested in the eastern foothills of the Tilarán mountain range, one of the most biologically diverse areas in all of Costa Rica.

The privately owned and maintained rain forest of Chachagua is contiguos to the International Children's Rainforest, which in turn is neighbor to the Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve.
