The Cathedral is an oval-shaped reef that lies beneath the North Nilandhe Atoll and offers a very pleasant dive

Location: South of Filitheyo, North Nilandhe Atoll

Type of Diving: Reef, Cave

Maximum Depth: 33 meters

Average Visibility: 25 meters

Currents: None

Access: Boat

Marine Life: Squirrel fish, soldier fish, banner fish, glass fish, fusilliers and unicorn fish

Description: This reef has an interesting shape and descends down to depths of just over 30 meters. The reef is covered in various colorful corals which makes an enjoyable dive. There is vast marine life habituating here including clown fish, glass fish, lion fish, squirrel fish and much more, which makes it a good site for underwater photography as well.
